Excellent bookshelf speakers, March 4, 2008
This review is from: Infinity Entra ONE - Speaker - 2-way (Electronics)
I paid about $149 a pair for these at a sale in Circuit City about 5 years ago. They have performed superbly in my condo space (15x25) and still do so in my basement (15x30) setup. The bass is much better than you would expect for a bookshelf, and the mid range and highs are clear and crisp. I was surprised by how clear some of the notes were. I play a lot of different type of music and these speakers really deliver at all volume levels for all kinds of music. The only cons I can think of are that these are quite heavy, and they may be a bit underpowered for a large room. I have these paired with a Denon receiver AVR683.

Great Speakers, June 7, 2011
This review is from: Infinity Entra ONE - Speaker - 2-way (Electronics)
I have been comparing the Infinity Entra 1 with the BIC DVI 62s for the past couple of months. Both speakers have their strong points, but for overall accuracy, imaging and for use with HT, I have to give the edge to the Entras. Just my opinion, but vocals seems more realistic and they are just a bit more punchy. No contest with rock tracks. The BICs are flat and just miss the punch needed for r&r. Most things sound great on the BICs (country, blues, soft rock, etc.) but for hard rock, they just don't work for some reason. I am keeping the Entras for mains and using one of the BICs for a center (which works great by the way). Still a steal for an awsome center channel speaker.
