I just purchased a Nissan Sentra (2010), and was very happy that it had an Ipod connection already installed, what I didn't realize was that it needed a "special" adapter. I quickly went online to find the right adapter, and was pleased to find that Amazon had it. This worked perfect in my car. I would definately recommend this! I listen to my Ipod every day while I'm driving!
