I replaced the stock speakers in my new 04' Chevy Silverado with these. They are replacements fur the column speakers and far out perform the stock speakers and the mids and highs are a welcome sweetness to my ears. Although these little guys don't have the bass I'm used to with ballsy 6X9's, they hold their own for such small speakers and I'm happy with their performance for the $$$.

I also replaced the fronts with 6032 s1's and surprised these ovals "sound" like they have deeper bass response then the 6.5" rounds. Maybe it's the doors or distance, but I can tell there is "lower" bass coming from these than the rounds strange as it sounds.

Overall they are a good value for the money and the improvement in mids and highs are what these guys are all about and they deliver.

I'm an old stereo dog from the 70's and I know quality from junk and these are quality even though they are on the low end of the Infinity line and will make a definite enjoyable improvement over stock speakers in your truck or front dash of any stock stereo speakers and I recommend them to all my friend who don't say "Wow", I thought you said these were cheap speakers???!!!

Put them in to replace the stock speakers in my '03 Malibu. Pop these suckers in and they sound Amazing! The also kick! 100X more better than stocks. Highly Recommend!

These small speakers pack a Big sound and yet fit in a small space. Infinity Speakers are always well made and these are no exception.

Good quality speakers. Not as excellent as I wanted but definitely an upgrade from stock speakers. My truck is a 2000 silverado.

Highs are phenomenal. Top notch! They are load snd crisp. Tried multiple speakers in the past and nothing compares. They sound a lot better hooked up to a seperate amp/crossover. I have 2 infanity ref. and 2 infinity Kappas. With a DB 12

First off Im a big fan of Infinity speakers and have several of their models
scattered throughout my home in different setups for home theater and 2 channel
listening including some of their high end speakers from the late 70s so I decided
to try a pair of these in my pickup to replace a pair of major brand speakers I bought from a
brick and mortar store.

First Impressions : I installed these in the dash and immediately felt like they were way too hot
in the upper freq. and was a bit let down, I then tried to get more balance out of them by adjusting the
EQ settings in my old Super Tuner II. At this point I was considering returning these but decided to try
changing their location to the factory speaker locations in the cab behind each seat.

Location is everything : Moving these to the cab corners improved the sound of these immensely, the effect
was night and day and restored my faith in the brand. Iv'e spent some time adjusting the balance and overall
Im very pleased with the results, they have extremely clear mids with just a tad exaggerated highs but if your willing to spend some time tuning these in you wont be disappointed.

Break-in : I dont normally comment on break-in since opinions vary on that subject but I feel these speakers
benefit greatly from being run-in for some time and they have improved considerably as they loosened up.

Great for mids and highs, but not much bass : Their good for what their designed for and I would recommend them.

First let me tell you speakers are NOT as pictured. They have a 4" driver and a tweeter in a molded bracket that fits in a 4" x 6" opening. These really sound clear and are a good replacement for stock speakers. Produce good mid's and highs (no bass). Would not put more then a 50watt per channel amp on them and then just run them on High Pass filter for best sound, let the sub-woofer provide the bass.
