Editorial Reviews

8th album from Yann Tiersen, who scored the original soundtrack for Amelie. This album centers around the concept of stones-- a repeated theme in the work.

3.0 out of 5 stars gently swirling electronic soundscape atmospherics August 8, 2014
Format:Audio CD
Something like the 20th album from this French artist perhaps best known for his work on the soundtrack to the movie Amélie. These are grand, gently swirling electronic soundscape atmospherics with a playful subtlety that works best for me as calming background music. Choral surprises and strange sounds provide quiet interludes with an occasional splash of energy. Meditative sounds for sweet-tempered dreams.
