I've been suffering with Osteoarthritis and four degenerating disks in my back for over ten years. I refuse to take prescription anti-inflamatories because of dangerous side-effects. Inflamend works for me. I noticed relief after taking the first capsule. One gripe I have is that the bottle I recieved expired in only 30 days.
