Overview of Textbook
After reading half the book - I enjoyed the smooth flow of the context and the well thoughtout organization of the material.

Fine book, just slow to get here...
The book came in the quality advertised, but I've never had to wait so long to get a book off of Amazon. They're typically to me within a week, but this one took the entire time range provided to arrive. Must have been sent on horseback or something. Crazy slow.

This book is terribly boring. It's confusing, wordy, and I've already found 2 typos, and I'm not even through the second chapter. I'd rather fall off a cliff onto a bicycle with no seat than continue reading this book.
