No Page Numbers Makes This Kindle Book Close To Worthless,
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Information Systems Today (5th Edition) (Kindle Edition)
Update 3.3 to kindle keyboard was supposed to add real page numbers to kindle books. It didn't in the case of this book. If you are using this book for a class, and I imagine you would be, the lack of page numbers makes the book useless. You can not cite properly: The APA has guidelines for direct quotations of online material without pagination (see sec. 6.05) but it may cause problems with your prof as he/she will most likely be using the book. If you are doing graduate work, or your professor is a stickler for checking sources you will probably not pass an assignment. You can not read sections of the book: If you are assigned specific pages to read you will not know where to begin or end. The bottom line is that unless your prof assigns you chapters in their entirety you will not know where to begin or end. You will not be able to communicate with other classmates or instructors as you will not share a common point of reference.
