There are several types of EC. Transactions between businesses and consumers (B2C) are known as: business-to-customer. business-to-consumer. business-to-controller. business-to-carrier. Each chapter is basically 50 pages of definitions without sufficient context or application, not the mention the totally outrageous price the authors charge for it. The worst class and textbook ever!

I thought I'd buy this one instead of the 4e, but it's irrelevant today since CPU's double every 18 months. There's so much more up to date information in the 4e that I had to go out and splurge on it and first purchasing this one thinking I could save a 100.

One of two books needed for my intro course, 2101, easy read and basic data analytic information so far. Hope it has more content.
