Excellent!,
This review is from: Information Technology: Concepts and Issues, Second Edition (Paperback)
I had to purchase this book for a college course and it was money well spent. The book provides a great introduction to software, hardware, the Internet, and business & communications technology. It also addresses the social and ethical issues surrounding information technology. The book provides several illustrations that made it an easy read.

I used this book for a college level computer science course. It was very easy to understand and the graphics were excellent. There are review sections at the end of each chapter.
