This was a disappointing ebook and not a good use of my time. The ebook claims to be a 2012 book, but one of the other reviews was written in 2009, so obviously, it is not from 2012. When was it written? Most of the information inside the book was from 2006 and 2007. Given the pace of change in both information technology, and in government careers, this book is terribly obsolete and outdated. Because of that, the book delivers no value.

You already know it or it's free on the net. This book is a waste of time.
