I am a massage therapist, who does deep tissue, sports and medical massage. I find this book to be a great guide. It is not as complete as the Janet Travell manuels, but it covers the main points of pain.

I'm a personal trainer and wanted the information to help me develop exercise programs for post-rehab clients. I was amazed at the quality of the book and the ease of use. The charts are great and the information is organized in such a way that you can find what you need very quickly.

This book is a gem of simplicity and usefulness. It integrates anatomy, myofascial techniques, holistic thinking and traditional Chinese medicine meridien theory and also provides simple stretching and strengthening exercises to help patients move from pain to recovery. It's beautifully designed and illustrated; I especially love the calligraphic drawings of the exercises. As a massage therapist, I can say that it is now one of my favorite reference books.

Truly a must for massage therapists. This book was recommended by my Anatomy teacher, and I am glad I have it...I've consulted it time and again.
