While this report is freely available on Knight Foundation's website, it was great to find the kindle version. The report is very relevant to people who works on the policy implications of ICTs especially in public administration. It is written in a clear language and the arguments are supported by many external resources. While the report focuses on the USA, the ideas and suggestions can easily be applied in other countries.
