Review on Infrared Fiber Optics, May 24, 2000
By A Customer
This review is from: Infrared Fiber Optics (Hardcover)
There are wide variety of works/topics covered which are close related and also interpreted very closely. No matter what the reader's background, much of the book is related to spectroscopy and widely acceptable for thr optical research related to network or with applied oreintation. This book contains lot of information of great value, The authors tried to collect and describe thier work and in comparison to the research work done simultaeneously and also good forecast to the future related research. This is especially useful for the young scientists who are upcoming in this field. The book gives a very good useful overview of all the topics discussed. especially my concern is int he topic of Hollow waveguides, for which Ifound this is very well described, as Iam looking at the journals from 1964, I found everything iw discussed and of most useful from the basics to advanced research.
This is highly recommended for any one. Finally I thank the authors/editors and also AMAZON for bringing out this good edition to be known to the world of young scientists.
