We bought the infrared sauna to help us release the stresses and tensions of everyday life. It does exactly that. We use it every other day and find that it has become a routine part of what we do. It is normally the last thing we do before going to bed. It's like a sleeping pill - take a shower after and before you can say 'goodnight' you are fast to sleep.I would recommend it.

This sauna is well worth the money. I am currently in Afghanistan and live in an 8x10 hootch. Not only is it easy to set up (takes less than a minute), it is just as easy to fold away and store. I was concerned that it wouldn't heat well, but it DOES get HOT!!! This is an excellent choice if you are trying to get that "gym sauna" feel in the comfort of your own home. I use it almost everyday. Also I was getting a lot of whiteheads on my face since I've been here, and it has cleared since using this product, and my skin is more than baby soft. I love this sauna!

I love my FIR portable Sauna. I look forward to using it every night before bed. I've been using it almost 3 weeks. I've noticed I have increased energy, my skin is really smooth, and I work up a very good sweat in 20 minutes. I recommend it for everyone. I suffer from RA, and asthma and am hoping those will diminish with time.

I had a budget restriction so I purchased the one with the separate heating unit. I would have preferred the one with the built in heater but it was quite a bit more expensive. This one does the job and I have no complaint with its function. The separate heater makes it less convenient to take from location to location. It works well and I would highly recommend it for a tight budget.

Infrared sauna is better than expected. It works great and it is very portable. Nutriteam is an excellent company to deal with.
