Paul Yellin gives excelent insight into making soulful and refined meals that make tastebuds tingle.
Definitely a welcome addition to the libraries of connaisseurs and amateurs alike! I've tried some of these out myself and my buddies and girlfriend keep asking for more. A caribbean treasure!!!

The recipes in this book make wonderful use of rum to flavor unusual dishes. Pumpkin Soup has become a regular on our home menu. The flourless chocolate cake is a hit for sure. I think I use a recipe from this book at least twice a month, it really helps to capture the flavors of Barbados. Also the pictures are lovely.
