being a diesel mech. for over 23 years I've owned many impact guns, the 2115ti max is one helluva tool.super lightweight, high torque, very dependable. i also own the 1/2 drive and the 3/4 drive versions and love 'em all. the 2115 gets used on a daily basis and performs excellent. i purchased an older version of the 2115 when the composite body impacts first came on market and have been impressed with them ever since. the only drawback is the ti max is louder than the old 2115, but it is more powerful. i got many years of service from my old 2115 and expect no less from the ti max. The things got horrendous power for it's size! Light weight. I only hope it holds up well in the long haul( I've only had it for a month or so). A bit pricey, but if it holds up, it will be worth it. I've retired my 1/2 inch impact! Saw a pit shot of the diver working on Shumachers dragster on tv last night, and noticed he was using one!

i bought this for my job at land rover jaguar of peoria, it was the best impact i could find, and by far the best price, way better than the other comparably priced 3/8ths impacts. i've been hammering the crap out of it since i got it a couple months ago, i use it for everything from removing engine mounts and strut bolts, to removing the t50 torx on the land rover seats to little interior screws and everything inbetween. i have been punishing this thing alot, its been dropped multiple times off a fully lifted 2 post host and it still looks great and runs even better, i've repacked the hammers once since i got it and i put marvel air tool oil thru it about 3 times a day and its working like a charm. easily disassembled to put grease on the hammers, and very easy to control speed, even on highest setting you can put plastic screws into a plastic threaded trim piece and control it and tighten it without thinking about stripping it out. very awesome impact, made a couple guys at work jealous. people i ordered it from got it here in good time and in great shape. overall a great experience.

I've been using this impact everyday since I got it and I have to say it is 100% worth the money. Buy one you wont regret it.

This is a great addition to any tool box. The smaller size makes it lighter and more maneuverable. I used this daily as a professional, so far I've only had 2 frame bolts I couldn't remove. If your considering an impact for your personal use or as a mechanic you can't go wrong with this tool.

I was a full time bus mechanic and now an instructor of diesel mechanics in Alaska. I have used the 3/8", 1/2", and the 3/4" IR Titanium's and they are all Ingersol Rand claims they are. The units are light, powerful, and last. I have used my 1/2" drive for over 4 years in a busy shop and it is as powerful now as when it was new. The only down side is that they do not have a muffler and are noisy.

I highly recommend it.

Fabulous tool! Has almost the same power as a 1/2" impact yet the ease of using a much smaller size impact. I recommend this tool to anyone.
