These are great. The only thing I dislike about them is that they do not have the sizes of the socket engraved into the metal. After a couple of uses the labeling on a couple sockets has started to come off.

Excellent impact socket set. Steps up through the smaller sizes in 1mm increments, and contains the 18mm socket that is typically missing in other manufacturer's sets in this price range. I miss the smaller, red metal storage box I-R used to provide, but other than that, this is a great set.

I have used IR for impact guns and ratchets, and its great stuff. this socket set is no exception, I had ordered a standard-depth metric impact set from amazon in the past and it was top notch, and the fit and finish is beautiful on this as well. the blow molded case is beautiful, albeit rather large and consumes a lot of toolbox room. considering getting a 1/2" drive socket organizer.

for the DIY'er, these are a must have.

Note: the laser etching is nice, but engraving would be best. consistent use will make the etcching go away fast, as in my other set. but you could always hand-engrave the numbers on the socket somewhere.

Great price and free shipping were key. This is a great set and my husband was really impressed. He said they are great tools. Would recommend.

What can you say about a clean set of impact sockets? These are as expected, deep sockets, nicely made, no rough edges, no forging lines. I've used two of them one time at this point and no surprise, neither broke. What I really, really like is how easy they are to read. I don't need prescription glasses, the generic safety glasses I leave in the garage tool box work fine because the print is large.

This isn't a criticism, more an observation; they come in a blow molded box that takes up 4 or 5 times more space than the raw sockets. I threw it away anyway. Impact sockets hardly need the protection of a bulky case. I have a set of Ingersoll Rand lug sockets, specifically for a car that came in a case that's much more thoughtfully designed and I'll keep it. So if you plan on putting these in a tool box or chest, you'll probably want to make alternate storage arrangements.

I bought this set of sockets for about $56 with free shipping. I love every piece of it. It goes really well with my Ingersoll rang Impact gun. However, i think they could have done better if they engrave the letters. Other than that, i love it.

I couldn't be happier with this set, and for the money, I simply cannot recommend it highly enough. I'll post back here if I manage to split one, but I really don't see it happening.

I received my sockets quickly from amazon and I used them the very next day, I am very pleased with the quality and appearance of the sockets. Here are the good and the bad.

Good
1. Dark finish is well suited and looks nice with the printing.
2. Printed size makes finding the right socket quick and easy.
3. Side walls are thin as non impact sockets on all but the smallest sizes so you can use them for almost any bolt.

Bad
1. Sockets are only marked with the printing and not scribed like most but so far it is holding up good.

I needed sockets for my new electric impact wrench. They not only look gorgous, but they are very sturdy and solid feeling. I had some cheaper sockets that were not for impact wrenches, but these puppies are solid. I recommend them. It comes in a nice plastic carrying case so you wont loose them.

These sockets come in a nice, sturdy case and are absolutely beautiful and very well made. I was really quite stunned when I first opened up the case and saw how nice they look, how clearly they are labeled, and how well they are built. I'll be buying Ingersoll Rand sockets from here out, that's for sure.
