This review is from: Injured... What Now?: How to Handle Sports Injuries ... When Every Minute Counts (Paperback)
I think this is almost out of print anyway. The author got some fame from giving Jose Maria Olazabal at least another 10 years on his golfing career when he couldn't even walk round the course. He diagnosed that the foot symptom was a back problem. Ballack also went to him for treatment a few months ago.
The book doesn't give away any massive secrets, but it does tell the amateur athlete what a physio should be thinking, so removing another middleman/expert out of the dollars per hour equation.
