A nice, thick, nongreasy lotion with very little scent. I got it to use on a new tat, and have used it all over. My only wish is that it had sunscreen to protect the color.

I got this for a new tattoo. It's a great thick lotion. The smell is almost non-existant. I even used it on an old tattoo and it brought out some colors that have faded over time. A little pricey though.

Ink Fixx has the best tattoo care products bar none. This stuff is the real deal, and it is worth the extra buck. Would you rather have your tattoo fade/blur while using the cheap stuff, or spend a couple bucks more once a year and have your ink last forever?I originally got Ink Fixx because my tattoo artist threw it in with the deal he gave me. I have used it from day one since I got my tattoo (which has lots of reds, blues, and some yellow in it). Now, 3 years later, people who have never met me before ask me when I got my tattoo (thinking I just got it a few weeks ago). Then I tell them its been 3 years, and they are stunned. Since then I have researched what kinds of ingredients help keep your ink shiny...and this stuff as all of them. This stuff works so well that my tattoo still is raised along most of the lines. I don't let my ink see the sun and I put Ink Fixx on it almost daily. From the looks of it I will have nice definition on my tattoo for a long time to come because of this stuff. I tend to alternate between using the Ink Fixx lotion and the ointment. As my artist put it...the lotion is your daily driver, and the ointment is the car wax to make it sparkle when you want to show it off. Between the vitamins and all natural moisturizers, this stuff has just the right mix of stuff to be the best tattoo care product out there. Go ahead and do some google research on the kinds of things you want to care for your tattoo with. Those things will basically spell out the ingredients to Ink Fixx.

I have sensitive skin for starters and have tried many products for my tattoos. I used this on my arm sleeve and it didnt moisturize the skin at all. It made the skin real dry, extremely itchy, red, and was raised. I do not recommend this product at all. Yes it contains no extra additives that over the counter lotions do. My main lotion would be Aveeno Skin Relief Moisturizer. Yes it has Petrolatum in it which your not suppose to have but the percentage is only between 5 to 1. Also it is a no fragrance lotion which is standard when it comes to tattoo lotion. Its mostly water and glycerin, which you look for when getting lotion for a fresh tattoo. My tattoos came out bright and brilliant using Aveeno to moisturize the skin. Hardly any peeling, dryness, or being itchy. Stay Away from this product if you have dry sensitive skin. It wont help.

This stuff is pretty amazing, it brings the colors out in my tattoo and moisturizes it very well. I will definitely be using this for a long time. :)

Not Just for Tattoos,

After I put Ink Fixx on my tattoo, I would rub any excess on my hands. I noticed almost immediately that my hands were softer and I didn't feel like I needed to put on lotion later in the day. This product is not greasy AT ALL and is completely absorbed in a matter of seconds. I now use Ink Fixx on my face and my skin has never looked better. I have naturally oily skin, but since I've been using this product, my forhead remains shine free all day.
