Tragic and Depressing December 21, 2011
Format:Kindle Edition|Amazon Verified Purchase
This is a short depressing story about dysfunctional characters and very predictable. Two delinquent kids are attracted to each other's self-destructive choices and loneliness from lack of parental care. Premarital sex, drugs and shoplifting while trying to graduate and avoid lethal enemies make up the bulk of this gloomy teenage chronicle. A very disheartening tale.

Cute, fast and fun! March 11, 2011
Format:Kindle Edition
Inked is a cute, fast, fun read - with it's only flaw being it's length (it is a VERY short story).

Scott Neumyer most definitely has a way with words, and is a step above the rest. I look forward to reading more of his books in the future!

Abrupt August 16, 2011
Format:Kindle Edition|Amazon Verified Purchase
This short story had so much more that could have been explored. It has great underlying structure, but is very abrupt and choppy. The ending is absolutely as you see it- is it George or is it someone making a statement that evokes his memory?

I wish there was more substance, but it may just be the author's style.
