Not taking anything away from other reviews, but when i was looking to buy a case, the reviews on here mixed me up. I read all the reviews and took bits of info from each to make my choice. I bought it and that paid off.

1st: What I'm using it for (How im using it)?
I have a 11.6 inch HP MINI 311, and I have a breifcase that im using that holds my netbook and its power supply & 500gb Portable Harddrive. BUT my Netbook will slide around and get scratched and banged up if i dont have a small sleeve or case i can put it in to protect it. So I bought this cheap case, put my netbook in it and strapped it down in my breifcase. Im using this case for protection while in my bag/briefcase...i dont just carry it around in my foam case, this case by itself wont protect your netbook. If you want just one case to carry your netbook and all its supplies and protect it at the same time, LOOK FOR ANOTHER CASE: YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! One reviewer said that the handle broke, I hope that person wasnt using it as a carry around case. Sure its good to quickly pull out & take to a cafe, but if your continously on the move with it you need more than this to protect it. This case wont protect your netbook from a drop, but will protect it when rubbing against things in another bag. (EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED plus: I dont use the handles i hold my baby)

2nd: Is it a tight fit for an 11.6 Inch?
I read in one review that it was a tight fit. Well im here to tell you that it fits, and you dont have to force it closed. The reason it may seem tight is because of the lining around the case, which makes it take form around the edges. Only on the corners does it feel tight.

3rd: How much can it hold?
It will hold your Netbook a small thin mouse pad and some Earbud headphones, USB cord & or AUX input wire. The only thing i have in there is my Netbook and my headphones + USB cord.

MISC INFO: Another reviewer said that they cut out the screen mesh pocket because they were afraid it would scratch the surface of their netbook. I did this too since i wasnt going to use it & also just in case it would scratch the netbook, but im pretty sure it wouldnt of. Dont trust the handle, if your like me and take care of your electronics, you'll hold the case like a textbook. Yeah the handle is there, but it may not be stitched in tight. Its like a sleeve, and sleeves dont use handles.

I hope this review helps, Im pleased with my purchase and with this price you cant go wrong. $14 including shipping was my total, hard to find a bargain like this in stores.

While it doesn't have room to carry any thing but the computer it does that well. Elastic holders in both the top & bottom allow using the computer after opening the case. A great buy if all you need is to carry the netbook. I recommend both the product & the seller.

After 2 days one of the handles of the case just broke loose. I'm very disappointed in this purchase
because it doesn't do what I purchased it for.

For the price, ten dollars, I have no complaints. The zipper works, my laptop fits, and there are a few little things inside to papers and the laptop in place. I like it, and I like the free shipping. You won't get much better quality for any price anywhere else.

The case is of good quality and has inside straps to secure the netbook from sliding around or for using within the case. The case came in a huge box with a wasted use of large bubble wrap. The case could have been easliy shipped in a padded or cardboard envelope. The value in price compared to retail is about 1/2 to 1/3. More colors, like blue would have been great if offered,but black was all that was offered. Overall the product is what was expected and is of quality materials with a good zipper which is coated. It looked larger than what I imagined, but due to the padding, is correct in proportion to the computer and is still a lot smaller than a full size computer bag.

I got this for an EeePC 1008HA netbook and it's great. I didn't realize the computer came with a case, but this one is better because of the handles. The only potential improvement could be to have a shoulder strap, possibly with a place for the cord or a mouse, but netbooks are so lightweight that it's easy enough to carry with the handles, and the pouch stretches enough that you could fit a cord or mouse if you wanted to put one in there.

I bought this for my new Acer Aspire AS1410-8804 11.6-Inch Black Laptop - 6 Hour Battery Life. It seems to be put together pretty well and the price is great. It's just a little too snug for this particular notebook. So snug that it's kind of a pain to zip up around the corners of the notebook. However, once zipped it doesn't move at all. Still, it could've used an extra 1/4" of room all the way around. There is a tiny pocket inside but it doesn't matter because there is absolutley no room for anything else besides the notebook. Next time I'll just by a sleeve (no zippers).

Just your average neoprene case with a few extras. It's a bit more than a slip case, sporting the handles and the ability to unzip 3/4 sides. It's also got some elastic straps inside to secure your netbook is you so please. The little pocket at the top for flash drives is a very nice touch.

My only real complaint is (well was) the big pocket. It was made of this very rough plastic mesh material. I could see this tearing up the laptop's finish. I wish it could have been the felt like the mini-pocket. However, after about five minutes of cutting, you'd never know it was there.

Oh, and for those wondering, I'm using an Acer Aspire One D150 with extended battery. I'd suggest a smaller case if you don't have the extended battery to deal with.

I bought this more to protect from scratches and because of the handle to carry it with. The handle is already starting to fray from the velcro, but all in all, not a bad buy. It gives enough to also include my power cord and mouse. It will not protect from falls or crushing accidents....

with a low cost, it's a simple netbook case. A big plus for its handles!
