As Good As the Show,

This review is from: The Inn Chef: Creative Ingredients, Sensational Flavors (Hardcover)
I think its easy to say the Inn Chef is the best cooking show on T.V. and this book deffinatly lives up to it. His plates always turn out to look so exotic and eye pleasing now he shares with us even more of his secrets. This book is very easy to follow but deffinatly not for the begginer, the recipies take some time and patients to create but it is well worth it. I am sure any serious home chef would love this cookbook.
