"Inner Coach Outer Power" consists primarily of the spiritual journey Keith Varnum. Definitely a New Age work with sections on such typical New Age areas as Out of Body Experiences, conversations with Ascended Masters and similar items, some will find the book wonderfully enlightening and freeing. Others will find that it goes beyond the limits to which they are open to the possibilities when he moves to conversations with extraterrestials and similar items.

The bottom line is that if you are open to various aspects of the New Age philosophies, ideas and movements then you are likely to find it an interesting read and well worth the price. If you are not open to the possibilities of New Age spirituality then you are unlikely to find it of any value.

Keith Varnum describes synchronicities, astral projection, time travel, levitation, spontaneous energy healing, parallel realities and other experiences beyond time and space in a clear, down-to-earth way that will resonate to your very core. When you are finished reading, you will be compelled to recognize the truth contained within: the world is far more extraordinary than most people can ever imagine. Inner Coach, Outer Power is a great book for anyone seeking to expand his or her vision of what is humanly possible.

can lift a truck and hold it aloft so her child can be pulled to safety.
Again he challenges that this is not extraordinary, it is actually quite
normal, quite ordinary. But the key to this is to choose life, over the
restrictions of the belief system, that has been handed down to us. So with
this story and this book he shares the magic of inner power, and he invites
readers into his life and the miracles he expects daily in his world.

It is Varnums's contention that there is only one story, and that the
Universe is made of stories, not atoms. And he says "As the outer
appearances of my narration reveal the inner agenda of my real self, you
may begin to see the common thread of soul intention running through the
surface appearances of your life." Spiritualistic, inspirational and
holistic in a non-religious sense incarnates this compelling book.

These are stories you will tell your friends and pass on to others in need of inspiration and healing. Their greatest beauty, beyond the author's exquisite writing, is their uplifting luminosity and undeniable truth, which comes across in the author's open-hearted honesty and in his ability to teach by example what he, himself, has learned through direct experience.
