Great old time classic for Lon Chaney fans., March 4, 2000
By A Customer
This review is from: Inner Sanctum: Calling Dr. Death/Strange Confession [VHS] (VHS Tape)
Although these were a low budget films they are excellent. Lon Chaney does his best in both films and keeps a captive audience. Calling Dr. Death is an excellent murder mystery with a few surprises and twists. Strange Confession is also excellent, a story about an idealist chemist exploited by his employer who proves to be without morals. An excellent tragic Lon Chaney story for old movie classic fans.

A Kid's Review
This review is from: Inner Sanctum: Calling Dr. Death/Strange Confession [VHS] (VHS Tape)
Lon Chaney stars in CALLING DR DEATH and STANGE CONFESSION, both from the vaults of INNER SANCTUM.
CALLING DR DEATH is about Chaneys wife being murdered. Chaney plays a doctor who really hates his wife. The Inspector says that chaney killed her, when at the end the Inspector finds the culpret , one he would never suspect in one million years. Co starring Patrica Morrison as Stella [ Chaneys nurse ]. Also with
J Carrol Naish , David Bruce , Ramsey Ames and Fay Helm.
STRANGE CONFESSION isnt great. Its very boring , and very dull.
