This book is about survival: Our own survival. Some time ago, I was watching a medical motion picture where it was shown the case of some people who had an accident in the mountains. Some of them died. Some others survived. One of the conclusions was that there is a personality that some people have, that makes them be able to resist and survive in almost any circumstance. Some people call it positive attitude.This attitude is not innate. It can be shown to others. This is a self-help book that talks about the figure of the warrior. The warrior and the hunter are metaphors that are used to enlarge our understandings and points of view in a simple way. Our ancestors had a millenary knowledge of the world that helped them to survive in a dangerous environment. This is the knowledge that this book tries to bring back to the present and teach you.

Marcellux Bosq is graduated from University of Buenos Aires, where he teaches. During 1998 he wrote a serial of articles about Self-Help. The positive effect and good response of the readers encouraged him to perform a deeper approach to this subject. This book is the result of his research.

A highly recommended book to read at home,

The first thing I'd like to say is that the book is very easy to read. The languaje is direct and understandable."Life is a fight", the book says, and it shows you how to combat the daily fight of life. It uses the figure of a warrior as a way to let us think about ourselves, and the purpose of our life. The book mixes counseling with literature in a very acceptable way, so you don't feel that someone is telling you what you have to do. It is like reading a novel... However, at the end of each chapter you realize you have learnt something new and usefull for your life. A very good book to read.
