We just bought an inn, and this book outlined all the nuts and bolts that go along with running an Inn or Bed & Breakfast. The writer uncovered a multitude of issues that you probably have never thought of when opening or operating an inn. It has easy to use chapters, plus a lot of good information on where to find products for smooth operation.
