About the Author

Denise Doherty has been a public school teacher for over 25 years, as well as a religious education teacher. She is currently a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors having recently completed their thirty course "People Helper" program. Innocent Sins is Denise's first novel. She is also the author of several Christian non fiction works including The Walls of Childhood, Nobody Really Cares, Our Hearts Have Become As One, On Becoming an Angel of Light, Everyday Gifts, Stone Hearts, Everyday Faith, and a second sequel novel to Innocent Sins entitled A Child of Light. In addition Denise has also written a writing curriculum for children entitled Samuel and the Writer's Guild School as well as a children's book of the same title.
