Be WARNED that the item description is NOT Accurate.
Features are Very Misleading.
NOT - Heavy gauge handles
=> Handles are THIN curved metal spot welded on to pots/pans.
NOT - INNOVEX¿ Nonstick Coating ... Guaranteed not to wear off, peel off or scrape off for 25 years.
=> NO Coating on any pot/pan in set. NOT Nonstick.
=> Food will stick as insides are plain bare metal
NOT - Heavy gauge 18/10 stainless steel
=> A MEDIUM weight gauge at best
NOT - thick aluminum disc
=> Glued or welded on small thin 1/4 inch disc
=> Not thick - not well made compared to Farberware pots/pans.
Buy Farberware if you are looking for inexpensive pots/pans that are well made. Farberware embeds their aluminum disk, they do not attach it as an after-thought as this set does. I NOW regret buying this set, though I did so based on the listed features which are obviously for some other cookware. This set is thin metal with NO coating to prevent sticking. Only feature that I like are the see through lids, which is why I purchased these over the similar priced Farberware stainless set.

I love this set of pots and pans! They are the perfect weight and size and are very well made. The set is made from 18/10 stainless steel with sandwiched aluminum bottoms for fast, even heating. The heavy-gauge knobs and handles are permanently welded for durability. The set came exactly as described. A lot of other sets come with an 8 quart dutch oven. That's too large for me. The 5.5 quart dutch oven is the perfect size for cooking and storing in the cabinet. The food does not stick to the inside of this cookware and the pots and pans clean easily. This set has the perfect size pans (1 qt, 2 qt and 3 qt) and stacks beautifully in my kitchen cabinet. I also love the see through lids so you can monitor the heat level while cooking. The handles and knobs do not overheat when cooking. The other brands come with non-stick frying pans. I was looking for a cookware set without non-stick pots or frying pans. I researched all the other brands - farberware, calphalon, cuisinart, etc and this is the best cookware set by far. This would be especially good for some-one just starting out as it has everything you need. I'm very happy with this set!

I just bought this set and it is super nice. It is very heavy weight with handles that don't overheat. It is all stainless and easy to clean, except for the largest frying pan/chicken fryer which is non-stick coated (quickly season this one before first use, easy instructions included). Metal utensils can even be used on the big non-stick pan, but cutting is not advised. Love the see-through lids, too. Great purchase!
