Product Description

Let your body feel the benefits of inverting with the Innova ITX9300 Deluxe Padded Inversion Therapy Table with Rear Inversion Safety Bar. This fully padded inversion table sets a new standard in the design and function of Inversion Products, with the use of its unique 3 position adjustable inversion safety bar on the back of the frame. No more fumbling and adjusting an old style strap. Just position the bar in the desired decline position and know that your inversion position will be comfortable, safer and consistent each and every time. Use the Deluxe ITX9300 up to 10 minutes per day, as inverting is known to help relieve back pressure on discs by elongating the spine, reverses negative effects caused by gravity, increases blood circulation throughout the body, and relieves muscle aches and stress. Relieves pressure on discs, ligaments, and nerve roots for better overall health. Our thick foam rollers with easy pull pin adjustment holds your ankles securely and comfortably. Soft Touch foam handle bars make for comfortable inverting and easy return to an upright position. The 4-point "Pod" style base frame, allows for extra stability of the unit on an un-even floor and can be used in the comfort of your own home or apartment, as well as in the basement or garage environment. The back rest is made with a comfortable padded foam cushion and the frame design can be folded for easy storage. 250 lbs weight capacity. Accommodates users 5ft-1in to 6ft- 3in. Order with confidence as this unit includes our one year warranty. Upgraded August 1, 2013.

Relieve back pain, ease joint tension, and improve blood circulation without hiring a personal masseuse with the Innova Fitness IT 9300 Deluxe inversion table.

Inversion therapy helps you improve your posture and reduce back pain.
Inversion therapy works by placing your body in line with the downward force of gravity. In the process, inversion elongates the spine, increases the space between the vertebrae, and relieves the pressure on discs, ligaments, and nerve roots. And less pressure means less back pain, as well as fewer headaches and neck problems. Inversion is ideal for people with persistent spine and muscle aches, in addition to athletes who frequently push their bodies out of whack through repetitive muscle motions, such as runners, weightlifters, skiers, cyclists, and golfers. Studies suggest that inverting your body a mere 25 degrees for even a few minutes per day can have tremendous positive effects.

The IT 9300 is built with versatility in mind, with a three-position, adjustable inversion safety bar that makes it easy to position the table for a consistent, safe decompression every time. The four-point pod-style base frame, meanwhile, creates stability on uneven surfaces, such as poorly floored garages and basements. And thanks to the padded foam backrest, the IT 9300 is supportive and comfortable. Built with a folding frame for easy storage, the table includes four foam leg rollers and two foam handlebars.

Inversion therapy really helps, that's all there is to it. Start slow and work up to whatever is comfortable. This table was easy to assemble. It takes up much less space when folded than many others I looked at. It utilizes a three position "bar stop" to control the angle of inversion. With just three positions I was skeptical about the lack of adjustment, but after using it for a few weeks I don't think it's an issue. The positions seem to be just right. The bar stop is much more secure than the straps which seem to slip. I have read many reviews where people have had to replace straps with chain. I weigh in at 235 lbs and feel very secure using this table. I think a lumbar support would be a good addition. I thought it was a little odd that aside from assembly and adjustment instructions, there were no guidelines included for actual use ! I just reviewed some guidelines from the web.

I purchased this from Amazon about a year ago. It was easy to assemble. It's very sturdy and can fold up if you need to move it. I have it in my bedroom where I use it everyday. I particularly like the adjustment bar which allows you to position it at a level that is comfortable. I was diagnosed with 3 ruptured discs in my lower back, one very severe. Before using the inversion table I was in physical therapy for 9 months, I walked with a limp from the constant pain and the only time I was out of pain was in a sitting position or lying flat on my stomach.

The physical therapy wasn't helping. So, as a last resort before considering sugery I bought this table. After about 2-3 months of using the Inversion table 10 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes at night before going to bed, I am pain free. I can now walk without any discomfort. It has improved my posture and given me my life back. My experience has been so positive that I recommend it to everyone, back pain for not. It is a wonderful tool and I believe if I had been using it prior to my conditon...it may have prevented it.

This is my 2nd table. This one was about $50 less than my 1st one and there is a difference. Will this get the job done? Yes, it works. However, with my 1st table it was set up with different hinges depending on your height and weight. So to invert, all you had to do was lift your arms above your head. This one has 1 set of hinges and I need to grab the handles and push myself back and then pull myself up again when I'm done.

It just doesn't feel sturdy when your on it. The black plastic knobs that you screw in to the leg extension crack if you tighten too much as well.

Will I keep using it? Yes, for now. Would I recommend it? How tight is the budget your working with? If you have an extra $50-$100 more, then spend the money and get something better. If money is really tight, but you need something for your back, then I guess this will work.

I had wanted an inversion table but could never justify the price, until this table was offered by a local sporting goods store for under a hundred bucks. For the price of two or three chiropractic adjustments, I can now stretch out on my own at home. I start my day with five minutes and end my day with ten minutes of inversion therapy. I have never felt better. I am addicted to that amazing snap, crackle, pop as each vertebrae spaces out and the tension just melts away.

I assembled it myself but used a ratchet wrench instead of the wrenches supplied. I had it put together in about 35 minutes. I have been recommending this table to all my family and friends.

Recentely I saw a commercial on t.v. for a very expensive Inversion Table, and wondered if there were any more out there that I could actually afford with 4 kids at home. I have suffered with disc and back pain for 10 years.
I used to be a Veterinary Nurse and lifted animals all day. I can lift heavy objects now, but my back muscles tighten up and pull my discs out of alignment. It is excruciating and I usually need my husband to "pop my back for me" by lifting me off the ground. Sometimes this works, but usually not. I did some research on the Inversion table and read some doctor's comments. I decided to order the Elite Fitness 9300 table as my mother's day gift and it arrived just in the nick of time. I hurt my back severely 2 days ago and have not had any relief. The box arrived yesterday and my husband and I were able to follow the directions without any difficulty! If you have a Nice socket wrench at home, use that. The small wrench it comes with takes forever. Some IT's out there don't come with instructions or are poorly assembled. It did take us a little over an hour to put it together, but the packaging of parts was organized and alleviated confusion!! I immediately jumped on and enjoyed some "therapy" in 3 minute bursts as soon as we were done~!!

What a difference today! I used a heating pad to soften my back muscles before and after and I can't wait to stretch out this morning!
If you are looking for relief, this is definately a better alternative than drugs or surgery! I love the elite! It does fold up, but not as small as I would have liked. That is something I am willing to live with! The padding is comfy and my ankles didn't hurt near as much as I had anticipated. I love this table and you will too!Elite Fitness IT 9300 Deluxe Inversion Table
