What I like most in this video is the intelligent way the power of images has been employed to promote learning, reflection and debate in the field of innovation management and competitiveness analysis. In this video a direct access to the real world of business is guaranteed by a great variety of images taken at the firm's level: Operational plants, R&D labs, quality control instruments, raw material, industrial facilities, new production technologies, robots, CNC and flexible production equipments, general panoramic views, ... But what is the most interesting and new in this video is the series of open questions about management decision-making, that invite viewers to play the CEO's role. All these questions are answered by successful entrepreneurs, managing directors. To clarify the lessons the video offers sequences of Graphics, Tables and Figures summarizing data and performance results. Definitely, a new method to watch and learn, far away from the traditional scheme of interviews to static gurus of management. As far as the content, the video has helped me to develop a methodology to prepare innovation audits applicable to sectors. Also my pupils at the University have enjoyed viewing the video.
