It's not cheap, but it does work. I've been using this serum for about a year now and can attest that it keeps my skin clearer and smoother than anything I've ever used, period. I rarely, if ever, have to use any kind of pimple cream now. Good thing is that a little goes a long way and a bottle can last for a couple of months. Use it after a good cleanser and then follow up with a good moisturizer and you'll be set.

Is Clinical is used by many dermatologists who can use anything. I did a lot of research & kept hearing about the Active Serum & Super Serum. After three months, my skin is firmer, pores are smaller, and more even skin tone.

Great serum for acneic skin, not only it fights with zits, but also works for better appearance overall. It burns a bit because has a menthol in it, but I spray my face with spring water and use less serum. Work great under sunscreen and make up.

I have struggled with acne since I was a teenager and am now in my 30's still dealing with it. I've helped put quite a few dermatologist's kids through college over the years with little improvement to my skin. My esthetician recommended IS Clinical products, but I thought they were pretty expensive for small bottles. I finally decided to buy the active serum and the pro heal after using the cleanser and loving it. I use the products as directed, and I can tell a huge difference in my skin. My boyfriend keeps telling me how much better I look now. My skin is looking smoother and much more clear. I don't have nearly as many breakouts with only one month of using the active and pro heal serums. This is the best product that I have found to help my moderate to severe acne, and I have used A LOT over the years. I am very happy with the results, and I hope that it can also help others. Different products seem to work for different people, but this one is working for me.

IS Clinical Active serum does it all- it's anti-acneic so it helps with breakouts and it's anti-aging. I stumbled across IS Clinical one day while reading through some fashion blogs and was hesitant at first because it is on the pricey side but after some research, took the plunge. I never had bad acne as a teenager but as an adult, would get breakouts more often than not and they would leave discolorations on my skin which I hated. After using IS for just under a month now, I haven't had severe breakouts, just minor pimples, and my skin is smoother and the discolorations have diminished. I feel like my face is going back to its normal self! Definitely worth the price.

I LOVE this stuff. I was converted to IS Clinical after reading great reviews on a skin care message board I visit. I tried the active serum and I could see a HUGE improvement in my skin with just one use.

Still on the fence about this product. Haven't noticed my face being any clearer, but maybe I need to give it a bit more time. (I haven't used it more than a few weeks.) My face is definitely smoother, so I'll give it that. I'm not using this product for wrinkles, although I could see how this would be good for that.

In light of IS Clinical's sizable following, I expected extraordinary results from their Active Serum, but I used it to treat acne for months without any result. Among other things, this product is advertised as an anti-acneic solution, and I can only say that if you're looking to clear up more than a pimple or two, don't even bother with this pricey gimmick. It didn't do anything horrible to my skin, but it definitely didn't improve my skin, either. It did, however, cost me a lot of money. If you're looking for firmer skin, I can't honestly deter you from purchasing this serum, but if you're looking for clearer skin, see a dermatologist.

Wow! I don't even know where to begin. First, I want to state that I have had cystic acne for a couple years, and nothing I tried seemed to work. I have some scarring due to the acne. I have spent so much money, tried everything (and I'm talking about prescriptions too). Finally, I developed an infection in my chin that spread into my gums and into my glands caused by a cystic pimple, which left a huge, huge scar. A few days later my order for the active serum and the cleanser arrived. At the same time, I started on a probiotic and changed my birth control. As soon as I started using it, I saw a difference. My skin felt like it was healing. I kept asking my husband, do you see a difference? Of course, it took about a week for other people to notice it, but I felt the healing right away. I've been using the cleanser, the active serum and the super serum for about 4 weeks now, and I haven't had a single cystic pimple since. I did get a few small zits, but nothing significant, especially nothing new in my trouble are (my chin). Everything is clearing up, my skin is healing and it's GLOWING! I have already told about it to all the girls that I know who are struggling with acne, and some have started using it too. I can't believe that there isn't more info out there about the IS Clinical products, this stuff is amazing! I even noticed a disappearance of a few fine lines I had on my forehead between my eyebrows. I wasn't too worried about that, my main concern was my acne, but that is definitely a plus (*just want to say I'm 25). Want to state again: I started using a probiotic, a new bc prescription and the IS Clinical system all at the same time. So I'm sure it's internal as well as external.
