Inova 24/7

One of the neatest pocket flashlights I had the opportunity to try out is the INOVA 24/7 flashlight. This flashlight is not a flashlight in the traditional shape. What a mean is it isn't in a bulb at the end of a cylinder. It is in in the shape of a stop sign. This light is ideal for many applications. The user can make it a head lamp with the included band, mount in a wall, or attach it to using the magnets to a metal surface. The size of this light is xxx by xxx

If those attachments are enough to wet your interest this light has red, white, and yellow led bulbs. LED have a extremely long life and with the right circuit board can make multiple light patterns. There are the normal flashlight mode, strobe with the white, blinking red, and a the red, yellow, and white flashing all together. If I was lost at night and hoping someone could find me, I could set the flashlight to flash all the three and you could see this light for a quite distance.

This light uses a C123 3 volt battery which has high power in a small package. To turn the flashlight you turn the head of the flashlight and you can choose it many light patterns.

My kids and I were taken back by this powerful and unique flashlight. I would equate to one of the many multi-tools out there. It has different light patterns to fit any possible scenario.

Right now the 24/7 is in my son room, I will have to go buy another for myself.

I know this is sold to be for boating and other activities but I am using it for flying my plane.
It is gerat since this is the first flashlight that I can either clip to the sun visor or my shirt in a lighting failure of for hunting something down that I might have dropped.
With all the various settings this is a must in your flight bag!

I use this a lot when I'm setting up night photography in the field. The light is great and I really like the dual power settings. But I hate the rotating switch on the front. It has multiple settings (8) for SOS signals, warning blinks, signaling space aliens, you name it. I can't tell you how many times I turned it the wrong way and am suddenly sending SOS signals to Mars. This would rate a full 5 stars if they just had a simple on-off switch for the light and put all of the other crap on some sub switch.
