We have one of these in the garden of our preschool. It works great. If the kids can leave it alone long enough, the spiders come. Ours broke after a couple years of abuse, so we bought a new one.

We have all seen spider webs in our garden and swept them away for fear of running into a spider by accident. Now spiders have a designated place in the garden and kids have a way to watch them build their webs! Great fun for kids, big and small.
