Very useful Server-side Javascript reference (assuming you're using netscape and LiveWire). Makes developing dynamic HTML and interfacing with DBMS servers a snap. Also a handy reference for client-side JavaScript.

This book claims to be beginners intermediate. Unreadble theory with no examples; can you possibly teach anything without illustrating the concepts? Stupid, a real waste of money!!(nothing really helpful on the CD)

I guess it's books such as this that made the phrase "Never judge a book by it's cover" famous. It focuses mostly on the Netscape Livewire, so you're limited to that feature if you want to use it to create something useful. As a reference I may look at it in future, not because it's any good! but because I spent money on it.
