Nice Industry Primer March 23, 2006
I used the book as a primer to the industry - a precursor to inheriting the insurance vertical as part of my sales territory. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a high level introduction and understanding.

Just finished this book and it was exactly what I was looking to read. The authors are highly experienced executives that share their deep knowledge about the insurance industry. Although nothing really profound was written, its simplicity and clarity is what made this book intriguing and fun to read. As an investor, I was happy with this book's ability to present me with the operational aspects of many different insurance companies, as well as the authors' wisdom on their industry.
