The copy I received was dated (2003) so most of the statistical information and internet information was no longer accurate.

Having read several books on the topic Aspatore Books has missed the mark with this effort. Merely some amusing anecdotal stories by industry insiders. The vast majority of the book reads like a repetative statement of the obvious.....there isn't any meat on these bones.
