I keep this book in my office for reference. The authors teach NLP techniques clearly using interesting case examples. They are respectful and savvy as they apply their expertise of NLP with other methods, including family systems, to show how they help their clients accomplish desired changes.
They demonstrate ways to work with resistance by bringing their clients conflicting internal motivations and body sensations to their awareness. Many keys to effective change are clearly detialed in this excellent book.
