Great book--unfortunately, it's not available from Amazon,

This review is from: Inside Running: Basics of Sports Physiology (Paperback)
This book was supposed to have been published in October 2001. Inexplicably, it is still not available from Amazon.com or anywhere else. ...This is the finest book on physiology for runners. It is truly a shame that the announced second edition apparently was not published.
