A hakcneyed rehash of what is better organized in the Microsoft Developers' Network CDs, contains incorrect information. I E-mailed the author to contribute some corrections and enhancements that I had discovered in the course of a project that created MS Write .WRI files. The author never acknowledged the correspondence, indicating his level of interest in accuracy.
