Not for the very begginers, but a great aid for admins.,

This review is from: Inside Windows Nt Workstation: George Eckel (Paperback)
I got this book after some experience with WNT4.0, when I was heading for my cert. It's a very good technical book, very concise and does not waste pages repeating itself hundreds of times. I think it's great as a certification aid and also as a reference book, esentially for admins and field techs in a networked WNT4 environment.
