This book by Jim Murray is a must have for anyone really interested in true bodybuilding for the average person.It is not geared to those whose aim is the contest stage,using various"aids", that most home trainers do not.It is full of good, solid advice on bodybuilding that can be done with a home gym.Well worth getting!
