Koehler is a former deputy regional director of the SBA for the New York region, and currently, he is president of the American Alliance of Small Business.

My partner & I found this book to be extremely helpful in putting together our SBA loan application, the case histories were "very" useful & the "Insider Tips" saved us a great deal of time & trouble. By the way our loan was approved on the first go around "SBA" is a great agency!

Too much emphasis on SBA, needs more info on general loans and does not teach insider info.

Mr. Koehler's wealth of knowledge on the loan process shines through in this book. With the necessary worksheets and forms included in the book you can practically do the paperwork on your own. It's a must for the small business owner.
