5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent review., December 13, 1998
By A Customer
This review is from: The Insider's Guide to the Colleges 1998 (24th ed) (Paperback)
This book, along with some of the others, is an excellent guide to help you generate a list of colleges to look into. Each college is reviewed by its own students, not by outsiders. And the editors at the Yale Daily News (the nation's oldest and most prestigious college newspaper) do an excellent job of including only the most helpful, honest articles.

4.0 out of 5 stars Useful with Fiske and Custard books, May 8, 1998
By A Customer
This review is from: The Insider's Guide to the Colleges 1998 (24th ed) (Paperback)
Completes a trilogy of subjective evaluation type college guides along with the Fiske and Custard (Princeton Review) books. The 3 taken together should allow you to generate your "long list" and provide you with intelligent questions to ask on your campus tours and interviews.
