Don't use this outdated book. Immigration Law has changed!,

The reason I am writing a review on this out of print book is so that someone doesn't buy this book by mistake at a used book store or borrow it from a library. I have owned this book for a long time and never got around to getting rid of it till recently. When it was published, it was one of the few books that was so comprehensive and helpful. But since the publication of the book, U.S. Immigration Law has changed so SIGNIFICANTLY that it would be a mistake to refer to this book for any immigration related issue. A better book would be Allan Wernick's 'U.S. Immigration & Citizenship'. He also has a website...where he posts his interpretations of the latest updates to the U.S. Immigration Law. His book utilizes examples very extensively to illustrate different aspects of the law. For more immigration related books and information, read my review on that book. Good luck! |
