About the Author
Barbara Attell has always had a passion for Disneyland since she was a child. Many of her friends aware of her vast knowledge would ask her advice on how to get the most out of their Disneyland visit. Some were so pleased, they suggested Barbara should write a book about Disneyland so others could benefit from her experience. So she did. It is her first and only book so far, although some of the poetry she has written has been published in magazines. She has been happily married for 20 years and her husband has been very supportive. In spite of her medical problems (she is diabetic, a hemodialysis patient and in recent years her sight has deteriorated to point of being legally blind) she has a great outlook on life and refuses to let anything get her down.
She is graciously donating part of the profit from the sales of "The Insider's Pocket Guide to Disneyland" to the National Kidney Foundation and the American Diabeties Association.
