This review is from: Insider's Tell-All Handbook on Weight-Training Technique: Illustrated Step-by-step Guide to Perfecting Your Exercise Form for Injury-free Maximum Gains, 3rd Edition (Paperback)
This is the 3rd Edition of Stuart McRobert's weight training technique handbook. It is basically a guide to proper weight training techniques in order to prevent injuries.

Photos are shown for each exercise technique. Photos are in black and white. Photo size varies, but in general, are the size of a business card. I would have liked larger photos.

Mr. McRobert notes that most of the information in this book is already available in his other book, "Build Muscle, Lose Fat, Look Great".
