We do a lot of traveling and love these Insight Guides for the beautiful photos and inspirational text they contain.
They're not used for advice on where to lodge or eat; their purpose is to inspire and they do a wonderful job of it. We have an Insight Guide for almost every country we visit--that and our Lonely Planet guide gets us where we want to go.
