Decent,

This was a decent pair of headphones while it lasted. As long as I charged it up daily batteries were never a problem. I had to adjust it every so often either because of the band in the back or pushing my glasses. No different than any behind the head style. Sound quality was typical of bluetooth. Controls worked fine and were easy to memorize.
I bought these about two years ago for a cell phone that could not support it. Recently after upgrading to a Droid I started using these daily. They lasted about 3 months before they stopped working. These are decent but I will end up buying something else to replace them.

Would not power on after less than a week,

Worked OK for about a week. Sound was somewhat scratchy but tolerable. The built-in mic was terrible. People said I sounded very strange when I talked to them using it. After a week the headphones decided they didn't want to power on again and therefore are now useless. I have officially given up on Bluetooth technology, as, in my experience, it is so unreliable that it is nearly non-functional.

I use these at the gym, connecting my favorite MP3 playlists. Great sound,no difference between the wired headphones and these. I've also have used them to make calls and receive calls on my phone(not often), people tell me that I sound fine. NOW the glitch, I use these strictly for music listening on the train, or connect to my laptop for movie watching and they work great, but I do notice that if I'm listening to music with my Blackberry curve and a call comes in the music shuts off and I can't hear the person calling me. I don't know if I'm doing anything wrong, I do press the connect button on my phone and no sound. If I call out to a party, no problem. Since I'm using them as headphones for listening only, no problem!

This is the third pair of this model of headphones that I've bought. The first pair lasted years. The second pair, stepped on those. This pair, I've had for months. I've tried other models, these are my favorite bluetooth headphones. Shipping etc were all fine and appropriate

I liked it so much I got two of them and I hacked one into my motorcycle helmet. Now I got tunes while I ride my bike and one I carry in my backpack.

I bought these headphones which came today in the mail, they look nice and wear nice and are pretty comfy. I bought them specifically to use for my iPhone 2G with 3.0 firmware, thought theyd be a decent wireless headphone for my device. I quickly paired the device to my iPhone and they connected easily, 1st i tried iPod function... no sound... so I tried the call function... still no sound... My 1st impression was the headphones must be broken, I paired them with my G1, Nokia770, Nokia N-Gage, Palm Treo 600/650, Blackberry 8700 and T-Mo Dash... all worked without problems.
After a few more minutes of turning off and on, pairing and disabling, I got them to work while making a call but still not working with iPod function/audio sources until.... I did some further research and found these do work w/ iPhone 2G, if it's jail broken... I was able to pull this off with an App called the A2DP Enabler after installing this the headphones worked great, id suggest these to anyone looking for decent pair of stereo BT headphones, but beware if you're using iPhone 2G with 3.0 you'll need to be jailbroken to use these to their full potential. So far the battery life has been more than reasonable, the only time I've noticed any hiccups in audio has been when I've been downloading apps via wifi, the sound will cut off in and out randomly. Well worth the price I paid for them which was 18.99 w/ f.s..

Really easy to install,
This review is from: Insignia Bluetooth Enabled Headset NS-BTHDST (Electronics)
Im a mac user and when my grand father asked me to install this headphones on his dell I said.... here we go again... but what a surprise I was completelly wrong,It took me 5 min to install it and get it working, and it was even easier with my iphone, I mean its really easy to use.
In concern to the comments about the sound quality, its decent, its not a profesional sound but It works just fine...

Work Great With 2Gen iTouch With 3.0 Upgrade,
By
This review is from: Insignia Bluetooth Enabled Headset NS-BTHDST (Electronics)
I just bought these headphones to use with my 2nd Gen iTouch as I did the recent 3.0 OS upgrade which enabled the Bluetooth capability built into the unit.
I was very pleased with how easily they paired up to the iTouch and also with the richness of sound. I was also surprised to read that they can be simultaneously paired to the mp3 player and a phone. I haven't tried this yet but am planning too. I also liked seeing that the unit can be paired to a total of 8 different devices (but can only use one at a time). I did some checking and saw that these seemed to be the most reasonably priced. I will update the review when I have used them more to see if I still like them as much then as I do now :-) |
