This review is from: Inspiration to Perspiration: The Four Essential Steps to Achieving Your Goals (Paperback)
David Jacobson provides the "coaching" for how to apply these essential steps towards achieving your goals, and first time marathon participants for "Team in Training" with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society tell their inspirational stories on how they made it to the finish line. I've read the entire book and have been able to use the steps in my personal life and share them with others in my field as a social worker. I was also able to share my story in this book. I am a lymphoma survivor and ran my first marathon with Team In Training for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. I started with inspiration of my own, and then I put forth the perspiration and it is an awesome feeling to know I could run 26.1 miles at once.
