These subjects have often resulted in a lot of poorly designed merchandise, but here, for a refreshing change, the projects are very attractive and beautifully presented. Though religious imagery predominates, the projects are by no means overwhelmed by them. The designs are tasteful, even elegant, and many can certainly be adapted for the less devoutly inclined. The various embroidered, embellished, and quilted Bible covers, for example, can just as easily be used as photo-album covers. The multitude of picture frames, bookmarks, greeting cards, and gift-wrappings can incorporate more secular imagery, if desired.
